Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at barenineco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
